The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight round contest which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" the American as the pair confronted each other to build hype for the upcoming bout.
Former two time unified boxing king Anthony Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive disparity - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I plan to injure his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to really want to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
In spite of those words, a composed Joshua and social media star Paul - typically known for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul rather targeted ex Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized British rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he's present here," the boxer commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he said.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
However, the novice remains one of the sport's largest financial successes, regularly earning huge earnings.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in rounds four or five and claimed he would stop the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly in the works for 2026.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Physical Disparity
As the two fighters met for the traditional stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it drove home just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the bout is really going ahead.
